Jackie Sais - Office Manager

ackie was the business manager when Dr. Rogers started his dental practice in 1991. She is now one of the primary staff members that patients meet upon their arrival to our office. As Dr. Rogers’ office manager, Jackie keeps the office running efficiently and professionally, assuring a positive and pleasant dental experience for our patients. With over ten years of experience in the dental insurance industry and having the responsibility of establishing regional provider networks during that time, Jackie is highly resourceful in coordinating financial reimbursement with the diverse insurance companies in which we participate. When not spending time with her three grown sons and their families, Jackie and her husband Jim thoroughly enjoy the outdoor living that Colorado offers, hiking many of the 14er’s in the state.

Heidi Pittman - Registered Dental Hygienist

eidi is a magna cum laude graduate and received her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Pueblo Community College here in beautiful Colorado. She loves her career and practices with a special interest and focus in patient education. Colorado has been the family home for the past 11 years (almost a native) and in February 2010 Heidi found a new home with our office.

Heidi and her husband Chuck, have been married for 24 years and have two children, two dogs, and three cats. In her off time she enjoys an active life filled with family, hiking, camping, motorcycle riding, and her latest passion, scuba diving.

Heidi's promise to all the patients at Todd Rogers Dental is to deliver the best care possible with a gentle hand and the latest advancements available.

Barb Wilker - Registered Dental Hygienist

arb is a 1995 Cum Laude graduate from the Medical College of Georgia Health Sciences University, Augusta Georgia, where she received her degree and licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been a resident of Colorado since 2002 and joined our dental team in August, 2009. Prior to joining our team she served as a substitute dental hygienist for several dental offices throughout the Colorado Springs area.

Her passion for dentistry and service to her community were inspired by her father, who was a dentist for a small community in Pennsylvania. There, she worked as a dental assistant and assisted in other aspects of the dental practice as well.

Barb has focused her passion in the dental community as a hygienist in the prevention and treatment of gum disease, prevention of tooth decay, oral health screening/detection and nutritional adviser relating to oral health. She also attends Continuing Education courses each year to remain up to date on the latest advances in the dental field.

Barb and her husband Phil have three children, 2 girls and a boy. They enjoy their family time biking, hiking, camping and skiing.

Karen Paoli - Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

aren has been in dentistry for over thirty-two years. She is a Certified Expanded Function Duties Dental Assistant, with degrees from the University of Florida and University of Denver.  Originally from Florida, she moved to Colorado Springs ten years ago to be closer to her twin sister, Kim.

Karen is involved with direct patient care and excellence is her middle name. You'll find Karen to be loyal, helpful, and more patient than anyone you've ever met.  She believes that it is very important that our patients are treated with courtesy and consistency. She thrives on details and efficiency, which is a terrific asset for our practice. Karen’s hobbies include walking, cooking, and spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren.

Shar Carroll - Business Assistant

har began her dental career in a dental practice in Des Moines, Iowa in 1978 as a dental assistant. She and her family moved to Colorado Springs in 1979 where she assisted a military dentist in establishing his civilian practice as the office manager until 1993, in 1994 Shar began working as the business manager for another practice until her retirement in 2010. Shar and Jackie had worked together for several years and when Jackie asked her if she wanted to "come out of retirement" and help her in Dr. Rogers' practice two days a week, she returned to the dental field to utilize her many years of experience. When she is not working, Shar likes to spend time with her grandchildren and to golf and to travel with her husband.

Judy Christy - Receptionist

udy first came to Research Parkway Dental as a patient. Some time later, she received a call asking if she would be interested in helping out in the dental office doing "some filing for a few hours a week" and the rest is history. Judy has 40 years of customer service experience and enjoys putting these skills to use with our patients. Her basic job description is "other duties as assigned" guaranteeing a varied and interesting career. Had anyone asked her if she EVER thought she would be working in the world of dentistry, the answer would have been a resounding NO!, but it has turned out to be a rewarding experience.
